Art of Mylo - Memories You Leave On.

Art of Mylo is a creative collective that believes in using imagination as a force for good.

Blending art, fashion, and storytelling, it explores how creativity can inspire awareness, emotion, and change. Each project brings together different voices, artists, makers, and thinkers, united by a shared belief that creativity has the power to move culture and make a difference.

At its heart, Art of Mylo is about connection: between people, ideas, and the world we create together, in the Memories You Leave On.

Project 001 Stolen Minds

Stolen Minds is the first project from Art of Mylo, created to confront one of the most pressing issues of our time: the impact of social media on young people’s mental health.

It is telling that what was once called “social networking” is now known as “social media.” The shift in language mirrors the shift in purpose. Social networking was about connection, friendship, and communication. Social media is about content, consumption, and control. The user became the audience, and interaction became performance. What once linked us now distracts us, feeding on our attention rather than nourishing it.

The average person is now expected to spend 34 years of their life on a phone. That is more than three decades spent staring at a screen. This is not simply a question of technology; it is a question of humanity. Social media has become an addiction, designed to capture attention at all costs, and our children are paying the price. They are our most vulnerable people. The people we need to protect. The people whose lives are being shaped and changed by their technology.

At the centre of Stolen Minds is a short non-verbal film, featuring artist Hayden Kays and young actor Dainton Anderson. The film explores the pull between childhood innocence and digital dependence, showing a boy caught between nature, creativity, and the numbing rhythm of the scroll. Alongside the film, Art of Mylo has collaborated with international renowned artist Hayden Kays to create a limited edition hand screen printed garment.

20% of profits from every sale will be donated to Sport in Mind and Jigsaw Ireland, two charities doing vital work in mental health support and advocacy. Through this partnership, Stolen Minds aims not only to raise awareness but to fund real change for those who need it most.

Stolen Minds marks the beginning of Art of Mylo’s mission to leverage creativity for good, blending art, fashion and social purpose to spark conversation, drive action, and remind us what is at stake when we lose ourselves to the feed.
